Hello , i have a problem with http://sonsoz.com.tr , when i try to share a post for the first time i try to share a post it wont get the futured image of the post or it wont get any pictures but after i used a facebook debugger everything will be fine, but for each post i have to open debugger and use it to get the picture , i need to fetch a couple of times mostly, i dont know why this happening , can you please help me fix it…
I dont wanna debug each post everytime i want to share for the first time, we happen to post 30-40 news or more everyday…
Please help me …
well. this is genral problem from facebook. i have it too since 1 year…
all you need to do after put the link. upload the same article photo by using this
and click share ..

I’m facing the same issue with Facebook sharing. The FB share does not pick up anything and have to use facebook debugger or click on the share button by opening the post 3-4 times. There are no additional plugins except Jetpack and SEO Yoast and FB share works perfectly on other word press sites I have on the same GoDaddy Server.

Thanks for responding, however, this is not an issue with my server. This is a new WordPress site http://akoya.in which I just put up and sharing is working perfectly on it. There are lot’s of posts on this forum which show the same issue on multiple installations.
My magazine website is depending on social media shares for viral traffic and if that is not happening then this theme is useless for me. Is there any refund policy? I have bought it a week back.

Theme is not responsible for issues with Facebook sharing. This happens with all themes on both FB and G+ from time to time, regardless of theme used. You’re not paying FB to share content, so they don’t respond to support tickets. I just had this issue with one of my stories on a site not running WordPress, not using this theme, where every story shared perfectly, except the last one … all I got was box with the URL in it.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
The theme can’t control the way Facebook share the content from your site. Usually share issues are generated by some server restrictions which obstruct facebook getting all informations that are needed for the post.
Also when this error appears http://screencast.com/t/ULteSTxk means that facebook doesn’t have any information about that post in its records. This usaly happens because of the huge amounth of data facebook won’t index the post automatically, it can take some time until the cache memory it’s refreshed. After publishing a new post try to scrape it with https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object/ – http://screencast.com/t/xTmcFgmL Such that you will “force” facebook to update your new post faster.
