Facebook showing 0 Fan

I follow all step very precisely. but I didn’t get any result. my social counter showing 0 in the Facebook area. I have the latest version of the theme and also I updated my plugins. also, i am facing problem in retrieving the Facebook token number. now I got stuck please help me how to show fans

Hi,

If you have installed the latest plugin version, try to clear the browser cache (Example for Chrome – https://www.screencast.com/t/f9Q66lPx1fY) or use a different browser, then set the social counter.
If it still does not work for you, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Leave the social counter configured.
Also paste a link to this topic in your email, so we can identify you.
