Thanks Radu – I have received the files and uploaded via ftp but the problem remains, twitter count is not working. The file shows it was last modified 15 May 2014 if this was the latest version?

Facebook social counter is not working on my site.

I tried both user and id on plugin. The page setting is 13+.
I updated the theme to latest release 4.0.1 and updated the tagdiv_social_counter plugin as well. Please have a look
