Facebook Social Counter Issues

Hi. I followed and I configured the social counter correctly as you mentioned on the documentation but nothing happen and its not working.. could you please test and let me know. http://www.phnewsmag.com

Hello peterdlrs,

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the latest version of plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. Make sure that you have followed all the steps in order to bring best results in this regard, as it is specified here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/social-counter-styles-on-newsmag/ Also, you should try with another Facebook ID, like cocacola and check the results. It should be working fine.

I had this same problem of no social counter working until I upgraded all my plugins (except visual composer). Although I haven’t upgraded Newspaper 7 since July 2016 and I haven’t upgraded to WordPress 4.7 social counter now works.

The theme is fully tested and compatible with the latest version of the theme. So, if you will encounter any issues with it, you should send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link of this topic so we can easily identify you.
