However, after adding the page name in facebook in sidebar widget, it’s showing 0 count for facebook.

If you set the YouTube account id and you are redirect to the right account when you are clicking on the Youtube social count in the sidebar, then please contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access, we need to inspect the problem and see if there are some interference.
