Facebook Social Counter Not Working

The Facebook social counter on our site https://theothersidepress.com is not working at all. We have followed everything to the letter and can’t get it to work at all.

You will need to update your plugin. Please uninstall and delete the current version you use and install this version:

it does not upload properly and hangs up at 52%
