Just purchased this theme yesterday & its fantastic.
Right now i am facing few troubles and one of them is facebook social counter. Despite following this tutorial https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ Facebook likes counter is stuck to 0.
I think so facebook has made few changes to its apps management/settings.
Can you please once try to create a newapp and setting it up on the social counter (because i think so previously created apps are working fine).

Please try to clear your cache and purge cdn files if you use it as the social counter is affected by cache. It is not a live count so you need to allow it a bit of time to update.

Actually it was my mistake, I would have been more patient.
