Facebook Social Counter shows 0 fans

Hello,
followed all the steps to obtain App ID, secret ID, token and so on, but the Facebook social counter shows “0” despite 18000 fans on my page 🙂

Please could you help?

@rafpigna From inspecting your site i can see that the counter is working properly. Also please note that there is some delay between the data synchronization from facebook and the site.

@Costea.Exari Please make sure you follow the instructions as specified in this tutorial – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ If you already did this and it’s still not working, provide a link to your site for closer inspection.
