I am really puzzeled, whatever I do I still get a social counter for facebook ZERO.
I did entered my id which is “LEDziarovky” the full URL is https://www.facebook.com/LEDziarovky but still I get zero. I am lost guys, what do I do wrong.
I added the ID to social counter box, it pops up as active field but does not counts the follower or anything.
please help.

Hello zou are right, thats what I do under socialcounter I put just id “LEDziarovky” also in you screenshot, but it does not work… or should I put full URL? it say ID, so I put ID only. it this right ? thank you

The fb user is right you don’t need to add the full url, however you need to make sure that your fb page is public and it can be accessed by non logged users. I’ve tested your fb page and it’s not public: http://screencast.com/t/jmT8FTW11ikO You can also test this by using incognito mode from your browser to access you Facebook page: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?hl=en
You need to check your Facebook account settings and make the page public so please try this: http://www.opal-creations.co.uk/blog/free-tips-tricks/howto-make-your-facebook-business-page-visible-to-non-facebook-users and test again.
