Facing issue in adding ad codes in the Theme Panel > ADS. It is showing only loading screen and nothing happened. (Script code is not working inside the ADS tab)

From your details and screenshot, this problem can be caused by a blocked admin ajax. You need check this by using the inspect option from the right click before click on the save settings button, check the console to see if you get some errors.
Normally admin-ajax.php is blocked by modSecurity from host, it can also be from firewall or other security modules/plugins.
If you can not manage the situation, we can do it for you, for this, make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com provide wp-admin and cPanel, also provide as many details as you can about the problem.
