Facing issue with Background Color selection

Hello, I am facing a issue with the color selection tool for the background for any element. I cannot choose the color. Please tell me what should I do. This is the screenshot – https://imgur.com/ycTWH0i

Hi bekapublishing, please make sure that you are using the last theme version, Newsmag v4.9.6 and make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi, actually I updated it to 10.9.1 but then reverted the version back to 10.8 and it’s working fine now.

Hi, most of the time the problem that you reported appear because you are using the last WordPress version with an old theme version. If there are still some problems make a full backup and update to Newspaper v10.3.9.1 -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
