failure to remove newsmag theme before installation

I didn’t remove the newsmag theme before installation and now I can’t activate the theme. How can I do?

Hi,

Did you have tried to switch to a default theme and remove it from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/40yq6gg2 If you cannot do this from here, you will need to check your file manager from Cpanel and remove it from there. Regarding activation, did you have tried the manual activation? -> https://www.screencast.com/t/y9OSLcsc If you need more assistance in this case, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin).
