Hi,
i created on the homepage a row with a video background. From time to time when visiting the homepage the video isn’t displayed instead just a grey background with “Video not available”. If I visit the site again the video displayed again.
Is there a way to add a fallback image if the video, for whatever reason could not be loaded, and have the image shown instead?
And also can I somehow set the video to preload while loading the page?

Hello!
No. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
