Hi guys,
Last year I bought the theme called Shaka: https://demo.proteusthemes.com/shaka/portfolio/trip-to-spain/
I discovered thanks to this theme, some pretty cool blocks: https://imgur.com/6C1pdbM
Is it possible to create easily those kind of blocks (1 & 2) with Newspaper / tagdiv?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
You can achieve something similar using tagDiv Composer, also you can import a section -> https://i.imgur.com/sCWBBkZ.png or a block from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it with tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hi Calin, thank you for your answer.
Ideally I would like to achieve this exact same look: https://imgur.com/5sH2aGo
Including: image + text + button + the “Last Minute” title you can see in the picture.
What would be the best approach with tagDiv composer to create this kind of block?
(That would be really nice to have this kind of block available by default in a possible theme for an “trip/activity theme” in the future)
Thank you Calin!

Hi,
This type of block is related to other theme, therefore it can not be achieve the same with ours, you can achieve only something similar, our theme has different blocks, the most similar will be this one -> https://i.imgur.com/JdUTwCc.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Fia1QU9.png all you need to do is to set an image for this set a row like this -> https://i.imgur.com/tj9mrKz.png after that set an inner row in that empty column like this -> https://i.imgur.com/CpR8N8Q.png now drag and drop one of the below elements and set an image, the results will be like this -> https://i.imgur.com/Z0XSw5t.png now will remove the space -> https://i.imgur.com/ChZBGZk.png-> https://i.imgur.com/JilerPW.png and the results will be like this -> https://i.imgur.com/o3fsjsH.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
You are awesome, always very helpful, thank you Calin.
You motivate me to extend the support.
Could you please teach me how to achieve the creation of the block called Trip to Spain ? : https://demo.proteusthemes.com/shaka/portfolio/trip-to-spain/
So far I am struggling to add : a Title + text + 2 icons and text inlined + 4 icons + 1 button in a single block.
That would be fantastic if I could learn how to make that kind of block.
Thank you very much in advance for any help.
That’s all good Calin, I managed to create what I wanted 🙂
Just two more things, if you don’t mind:
1- Could you please tell me how to create such an accordion with tagDiv composer? https://demo.proteusthemes.com/shaka/portfolio/surfing-for-beginners/
2- How is it possible to create with your theme the kind of list you can see at the bottom of the previous link (with multiple dots):
6’10 Fineline Egg ……………………….$700
USED 9’8 Haut Step Deck ………………$400
9’2 Dyer Jetson …………………………$760
NEW 5’7 Hanel Pill ………………………$1200
Thank you very much!

1. I will gladly her you, but I do not know exactly what you want to achieve, please provide some more details or some screenshots.
2. You can achieve that by setting a row/inner row and set it in 3 after that set the column text or text with title element -> https://i.imgur.com/dY3qluv.png and make these settings -> https://i.imgur.com/A6jGkhw.png also the color can be set form here -> https://i.imgur.com/6hcNM5h.png
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
Thanks for your answer.
1- From this link: https://demo.proteusthemes.com/shaka/portfolio/surfing-for-beginners
This is what I want to achieve: https://imgur.com/HNDUzqS
2- Ah so do I need to type the dots manually?
I thought using some css would create the dots automatically.
That’s ok, I was just curious to know if something in your theme was build for that.
Thank you 🙂
Hi,
1. For the moment our theme do not have an element that can hide and display content, usually this can be done using some extra plugins (for example like this one -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/show-hidecollapse-expand/), also I think that it can be achieve use some javascript as in this example -> https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_toggle_hide_show.asp but it will be more easy with a plugin.
2. Unfortunately there are no elements for this, it need to be done manually.
Thank you for your understanding!
Thank you Calin!
If it is not too much work, that would be awesome to have this kind of block in your theme. That would be a great feature.
(Just in case for your suggestions box 🙂 )
Have a nice day!
