How can I remove the sub menu which has About Fast news?

Hi,

I believe you are referring to these – http://prntscr.com/m4d1uc
Those are actually buttons in the page content, on other pages they will not appear, only in the homepage – http://prntscr.com/m4d2mp
If you want to modify or remove them, edit the homepage with the tagDiv composer and do so.
