Hello msampath18,
Please try to increase the memory_limit in your php.ini file: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP For more references in this regard, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Also, make sure that you upload the newspaper.zip theme file, not the newspaper-ft.zip file.
