Hi,
Please try to disable all your plugins, clear any caching installed then install and activate the mobile theme plugin. This could be a plugin conflict, this way you will rule out this case.

Are you using a network site? If yes, then don’t network activate the td-mobile plugin. Just go to each site plugins and activate it individually in each of the network site. This may help!
