Fatal error

Hello,

I have a fatal error when I try to install this theme :
“Fatal error: Call to a member function get_map() on a non-object in /wp-content/themes/Newsmag/includes/wp_booster/td_global_blocks.php on line 39”

What should I do ?

Turn off all plugins; change to default theme.
Clear cache on server/CDN as applicable; clear browser cache; restart browser.

Login, activate visual composer (using the version included with this theme only);
switch on this theme.

Under WP settings, reading, set static page back to latest posts.

Check pages work at all.

YAY!!!!

I had a server 500 error myself, so went through the usual torment of switching over. That pesky ‘visual composer’ plugin in particular really is a pain in the butt sometimes when changing themes!

I had some trouble with the Social Counter plugin too.
It’s not the same as for the Newspaper theme.
