Fatal error

I’m using Newspaper Theme 11 and I understand that the FusionBuilder is a built-in plugin to the Newspaper Theme 11 – I haven’t installed it as a plugin and it’s not a separate plugin in the ‘Plugin’ area. This is a Newspaper theme problem and I’d like some help with it
