Hi,

I try install video demo but It has a error message.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_convert_encoding() in /home/tranminhtien/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/includes/wp_booster/td_video_playlist_render.php on line 161

Help me, Please!

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply! We do not work on weekends!

Please make sure that you have the theme installed right, I have tested this using the latest theme version but could not recreate this error so I suspect this issue is specific to your site’s configuration.

Please sure you have installed the theme right and use the ftp method from theme’s update guide to upload theme’s files and remove the previous theme files before uploading the most recent ones then test this again and let us know how it goes.
