Fatal Error in admin panel

Hi im currently seeing this following error in my admin panel and im on a 32gb of ram server. please help not sure what to do my site is newswatch28.com

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 48640 bytes) in /home/newswatch28/public_html/wp-includes/SimplePie/Item.php on line 1791

That is part of WordPress core you’re using and not part of the theme; used to pull RSS feeds from other sources. You should deactivate your plugins other than Visual Composer to track down the “bad” plugin and/or remove any “RSS” widgets from your layout temporarily.

If you can’t log in — go to your wp-content/ folder via FTP or filemanager on your hosting panel, and change name of plugins folder to xplugins, which will reset and decactivate them so you can at least login
