Fatal error Social Networks Auto Poster!

I’m not able to activate the Social Networks Autoposter plugin after upgrade from 4 to 6.

Here the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare nxs_noLiGrps() (previously declared in /home/kitesoul/public_html/wp-content/plugins/social-networks-auto-poster-facebook-twitter-g/inc/nxs_snap_class.php:38) in /home/kitesoul/public_html/wp-content/plugins/social-networks-auto-poster-facebook-twitter-g/inc/nxs_snap_class.php on line 38

How could I fix it? Any idea?

Hi,

Unfortunately we did not tested this plugin with the theme, so I’m not sure why you have this issue, but you can try to disable all plugins, leave just Visual Composer and Social Networks Autoposter active, clear cache and see if you still have this issue. You can also address to the plugin support.

Maybe I was not enough clear, I CAN’T activate this plugin then I can’t try to leave just Visual composer and SN Auto poster plugin active.

I also asked to the plugin support but they said that is not a plugin Issue but a WordPress issue, for this reason I asked your help because everything start by the theme upgrade.

Could you help me please?

Hi,

Please try also with a default theme and see if you can activate it, as the plugin’s developer said “but a WordPress issue” you can try and see if it works. Also it could be from your server, I’m not sure.
