Hi, can you help me with this error on the My Account page? I’ve not made any changes on this page using TagDiv Composer.
Also, please help me to disable all of the Subscriptions functions in Newsweek Pro theme completely. I don’t have any plan to provide this feature on my site, it’s just a normal and open news site.

Please let me know if you made changes in the theme files, if you use a child theme, please then switch to the main theme.
Also, please let me know what version of the theme and tagDiv Opt-in builder plugin you have, Worpress and PHP.

No, I don’t make any changes to that area. The other pages (domain.com/my-account-week_pro/?subscriptions, domain.com/my-account-week_pro/?account_details) work well but the main Dashboard link (domain.com/my-account-week_pro/ is broken with the message I uploaded above. I also don’t use any child theme.
The theme is 12.3.1 and the Opt-in builder is 1.4.2.
I have imported another Account page in the Cloud Manager using TagDiv Composer but no luck.
I have just found the reason! The translation of Vietnamese (in the Theme Panel) has something that causes the error. If I switch to the default English translation, the error message above is gone. You need to check and test all translations to prevent other users from getting this issue like me in the future.

Sometimes this problem is caused by some special characters such as quotation marks or commas.
I will do a test.
