Try to set up the favicon like this: Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identity -> Select site icon -> upload the favicon and press Publish.

Yes, it’s like in your screenshot. If you set up this favicon in the theme panel, then please delete it and let only the one in Appearance. Clear your cache (also from your browser) and try again.

Then the issue can be from a plugin conflict, thatâs why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and see the results!
