Favicon not updating

Hi there,

I’m having an issue with the favicon. I’ve added a PNG file (16×16) as a favicon but it seems it’s not updating – the link to the favicon is http://businesslifeandcoffee.com/new/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/favicon.png

Hi

It seems that the image does not exist on your server because the indicated url returns a 404 page not found error: http://screencast.com/t/SuM9z3NTNVd Try to upload the image again, set it to be the favicon, clear the cache memory then test the site again.

Good morning Andrei,

Sorry in the meantime I have moved the site from the /new/ subfolder to the main domain name, so the correct link now is http://businesslifeandcoffee.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/favicon.png

Also, please note that the WP Super Cache plugin is turned off and all the cache has been deleted.

Hi

Try to insert the new url for favicon in theme panel, save the settings then test the site again.
