FB counter doesn't work and Instagram with #

Hello,

I updated Newsmag theme to latest, tagDiv Social Counter to 4.1, cleared cache, and still there is:

– FB counter with 0
– Instagram counter with 0 (FB app with token is done)

Please, what is wrong?

Hello Rogner,

I have inspected your website and I saw that your Instagram account is not valid and that’s why the Instagram Counter will display 0 records, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/8pYCOcW6zIV Try to change the Instagram ID with a valid one, clear all your caches and check the results.
