FB Counter shows incorrect number

Hi,
FB counter worked correctly until some point, but now it shows the same number for months, despite the number of likes has increased. Please advise how to fix it.

Hi,

I see you use theme version 8.7.4 that version has a working social counter plugin

Previously the counter did not work anymore due to modifications made by Facebook.

Try to deactivate the social counter and delete it, install it again from here

Check if the issue is the same, also try to switch to a test ID for example like this

Then switch back to yours. I tested you ID and it works

Hi,

FYI – I noticed that switching WP SuperCache off sovles the problem. It is set up in accordance with recommendations by tagdiv, so what could be the problem?

Hi,

Caching could prevent the counter from displaying accurate values. Clear it periodically if that happens, manually or set it to clear automatically. You could set a timeout before the cache is automatically cleared
