Im trying to claim my url for facebook Instant Articles and have placed the code into the custom HTML as instructed but FB comes back with this error:
The fb:pages tag on the url doesn’t contain this page’s id. The url has fb:pages tag but they don’t have this page’s id. Please work with your developers / webmaster to add this tag to your website.
Instructions are:
Authorize your website to begin publication. To claim your website’s URL, add the following meta tag to your HTML’s <head> tag and specify the URL below. Unsure what URL to use? Learn more about claiming URLs for your Instant Articles.
Can you please advise

I have put the meta tag in exactly same <head> section of header.php through theme editor. But I still get the same error. The rest of the instructions are of no relevance until I can claim the url.
Can you help to ensure that I am putting the meta tag at correct place. I am attaching link to a screenshot. Thanks for help.

It works fine for me now. I discovered that facebook takes a while to approve the site. In my case, it took around 20 minutes. Thanks.
