HI,
Some of the posts facebook likes zero-ed…
Not all – but some of them…
eg: január 12, 2018 115 View 0 Comment 0 Like — yesterday morning was 98 FB like

Also, the post view sometimes zeroing…
eg: január 29, 2018 27 View 0 Comment 52 Like — yesterday evening was 86 View/18 fb-like
I read somewhere, Facebook removes “likes” on look-a-like very popular posts – like gaming sites several 10-thousands
“purchased-fake-likes” – facebook zero-ing for good, fair play…
but in our case – its simple happen if plugins from tagdiv re-and re-activated: multi-purpose, tagdiv-mobil-theme, – td-booster
Thx, Zoltan
Hello,
We do not have any reports in this regard. We have not encountered such issues before. It could be an external source affecting the post likes. Usually an url change affects the likes and views, not the theme plugins. Please test this with only the theme plugins if you say the theme plugins affect the counters. Disable all other plugins and run a few tests as we cannot recreate this issue on our end. Make a full back-up before though.
Thanks.
Hi Bogdan,
Its was my fault..
I moved the site from non-www to www.
Then, because it is new url – the fb likes, and also the tagdiv view couter resetted and can not bring back anymore..
–about sahring:
Is it possible to make the sharing tools “open” – not closed – so see in full when page visited?
Counter have any of the styles? — how many times shared that post?
Thx, Zoltan
Hy Zoltan,
The only for to achieve good results with our facebook counter is to set up as expected the plugin according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/
For more information about Counter Style, please check our demo here -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/social-counter-widget/
Thanks for the message!
Hi Catalin,
no.. I mean the post share-counters
how many shared on fb, twitter, g+, linkednin, etc – above / below the posts.
Thx, Zoltan
Hi,
You mean something like a tracker to count how many times a post was shared, from what I understand. The theme does not have such a feature. You could use Google analytics or other statistics plugins to gather this inforamtion
