Featuered image sizes

Hi,

Having an issue with the featured image sizes. Had a version running locally on my machine and everything was fine. Have put stuff up on a test server and the featured images seems to be showing at specific width and heights. Let me know if you have any ideas.

Hi,

I can’t access your site. By default the image used as feature image are loaded at 700X357px
Have you this option to disable the feature image cropping: http://screencast.com/t/qpfrUJIyLRS

Thanks so much for the quick response. That doesn’t seem to be fixing the issue. We are gonna try to move it to another server so you can access it. But basically featured images either in the big slide or the module 2 blocks have varying widths. Looking at the div class = “thumb-wrap” everything has the right height of 159px but the widths are all different. I’m assuming it’s trying to scale things proportionally hence the fixed height but different widths.Would functions.php be a good starting point?

Hi,

When you add an image the theme automatically creates several thumbs, with fixed dimensions, which are used on modules/blocks/posts..: http://screencast.com/t/j0KBl4IEjt and are called on modules like this: http://screencast.com/t/ZALOh49KO5TB so the same thumb size for a post image should appear at the same dimensions on all module or on for posts with the same template and so on..
Please let me know when I can access you site so I can inspect this.
