The image is small like that because is to small, your full size image is http://nieuw.nieuwsbriefadviesraden.nl/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/Veiligheid-en-Topsport.jpg please upload images with at least 1024px and this will be display nice.

Unfortunately, using that block is not possible, what you can do is to try the flex block 1, this has a few option that allow you to adjust the image using the tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/HME42Up.png – https://i.imgur.com/Zw11GFa.jpg
