How to make featured image link to attachment?

Hi,

The featured image will be opened within a lightbox when clicked, inside the post page. The lightbox can be disabled in the theme panel

But there is no option to direct the featured image when clicked to the attachment page.

Any idea how to custom? I’m looking a guidance to make it custom, by linking the feature image to the attachment.

Hi,

This is where the post featured image functionality is defined

If you would like to modify the behavior of the featured image and direct it to the attachment page, that is where you will have to make the modifications.
