I am trying to run ads,but for some reason the feature image keeps sticking to the top of the page. I keep changing the post template but it still stays there.

Hi enzomusto77, maybe I do not understand correctly, but the featured image is made to appear at the beginning of post article, you can remove it if you are using these standard post styles -> https://i.imgur.com/rWSxXHQ.png or if is a single post template from tagdiv Cloud library you can edit it using tagDiv Composer and use the right click to remove it.
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details!
