Hello
At the moment there seems to be no way to make profile. bio, and the social links within them to be nofollow
Please add this to feature upgrades

Can you please let me know on what element are you referring?
If is about the single post author box from the single post template, then you can set the nofollow on socials -> https://i.imgur.com/GCQPrHb.png also on author box from the author page template -> https://i.imgur.com/Uezmc02.png

Its not the socials.
Its when you have a website address in the user profile of wordpress

If I put a URL into the WordPress user profile for a website. It comes out dofollow even with this socials set to nofollow
