Feature Request: Exclude categories in Popular Categories widget

I know there is a CSS workaround to hide categories from Popular Categories widget, but I think exclude option (same logic as in Module blocks settings) would be better and more user-friendly

Thank you for your suggestion. This request will need to become more popular though if we are to consider implementing it. We have lots of requests and need to prioritize based on popularity.
