Here we go with a feature request. At this point, the smart sidebar can only be activated or deactivated for all sidebars at once.
With my current site, I want the “smart” functionality only for about half of my sidebars.
It would be great to get a checkbox under every sidebar (in the sidebar builder at /wp-admin/widgets.php) to activate the ‘stickyness’.
This functionality is currently provided by a free plugin called Q2W3 Fixed Widget (Sticky Widget) [see: /q2w3-fixed-widget/]. It would be great if you could get ‘inspired’ by their code and put a functionality like this into the best selling theme on evanto!
With Q2W3 Fixed Widget you can even say only certain widgets scroll. That would also fix the problem with google adsense.

May I also ask why you guys stick with only one forum per theme? Wouldn’t it be nice if you had Sub-Forums for problems, feature suggestions and general talk? I would be really interesting what others suggested in the past and maybe I will find useful stuff in it for my website.

We tried to have sticky threads about common issues but they constantly got hijacked by users with totally different problems and posting off topic requests so we had to give up on the idea. It’s easier to write a reply on a topic then creating your own I guess so unfortunately we have to stick with this format at the moment until we find a better solution.
