Please consider adding mixed ads. i.e. responsive ad elements you can mix own ads and adsense. This block should not reload on browser resizing.
If the logo area would be widgetized like the footer would be awesome too.

Concerning ads: Another idea.
At least in germany we do have to add some notice to ads being such.
Maybe you could offer a css solution to mark ads as ads in the ads options.
