Featured Facebook-Video not generating

Featured Facebook-Video not generating in my post, i followed the step as per nesmag, is there any more setting or configuration need to be done from my side

Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test the site again. Also male sure that the parameters from system status have the parameters indicated in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
This issue may also be caused by some firewall from the server which block’s theme’s request for that thumb. Try to contact your host provider and ask him if on the server are any restrictions or firewalls which may prevent importing content from external sources.
