Trying to add a featured image to a post but the little connecting image just spins and spins. Cache has been cleared and all plugins updated. Deactivated all plugins to see if that helped but it did not. Any suggestions?
Apparently it is a firefox issue. I used chrome and it worked fine. Do you test the theme in all browsers? And yes cache has been cleared.

The theme is constantly verified across all browsers.
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
