Is there a way to use a different image for a post background than what is selected for the Featured Image?

Image selected as Feature:

Shows up as thumb on the home page:

And is set as post background:
https://images2.imgbox.com/9d/73/vVDfpPKD_o.png
Would like thumb and background to be two different images.

If you want to have 2 featured images for each post, one for the background and one for the thumb, then unfortunately, we don’t have that option.
