Even though I set the Featured image size for mobile to 696×0, the image is displayed in full size because I turned off the retina feature. (1536×1024)
How do I fix this problem?

The settings you’ve made are correct.
So the problem is on mobile page even if the image thumb is selected the one that is in use is not the selected one, right?
