Hi there,
I seem to be having an issue with featured images and the media library. Featured images can be uploaded as usual to a post but when I click ‘update’ the image disappears entirely and is removed from the media library.

Please note I have tried deactivating all plugins except tagDiv ones, deactivating the child theme and clearing the cache.

Hi,
Please make sure that you have the last version of the theme, Newsmag v4.9.1, also please make sure that you do not have any conflict plugin.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
