What should I do to get very sharp featured images? I upload a 1000px wide picture, but it gets very blurry. If I click on it, I can see the original one and it’s sharp. But I need the featured images to be sharp.
Please help, my site looks very bad with these featured images.

I guess that you have not right selected your image dimensions for your editor. So, when you load your image you will have to set it to be in full width and not Thumbnail, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/CzKVPIbrZC

For me there is no option to change this for past posts. Is this only available for newly uploaded pictures?
Or how can I change it for the ones which are already published?

There is no attachment display setting for the featured image…
