Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Do you mean the blocks on the home page, they use thumbs that are actually created from the parent image ->https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ – what you can do is to set the image to the maximum size or the one that looks best – https://i.imgur.com/x04MqAN.png
