Featured Image not showing

My blog isn’t loading the big featured image for posts, the menu bar also isn’t sticky when scrolling.

The strange thing though is that when I am logged in on WordPress the site works but when I’m viewing it as a user these two things don’t work properly.

I’ve also noticed the menu isn’t working properly, which could be the problem. It doesn’t stick on scrolling and it also doesn’t have the down arrows to show more categories.

This is how an article should look.

Instead it ends up looking like this
