Hi,
I need a help here, please. 🙁
Maybe that theme’s function, at my website, does not working or does not exist. Simply, does not display any image or error, just is a blank space (http://i.imgur.com/QZbbyiV.png?1).
I tried to do everything, but I didn’t have success yet.
Hi,
Please make sure that you use featured image for those posts as I can see that a image appear on that block: http://screencast.com/t/jPLNF9nt Also please try without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active and empty cache.
Our documentation may be useful: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-documentation/
Provide your site URL if you still have this issue so I can inspect this.
Thanks!
Hi, Alin,
Thank you for the reply!
The featured image for the posts is working perfectly, but the default featured image does not working, it does not display. For example, if I to define an image for each post, it will appear normally, but if I do not define any image, do not appear nothing, just a blank space as in the screenshot.
I disabled all plugins and emptied the cache before. And about the documentation, I read all it before to install the theme.

Hi,
Please make sure you have the featured image placeholder from theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/QVT4PBJMP
I’ve also checked your site and noticed these database connection errors: http://screencast.com/t/em7waegoP
I suggest you contact your host providers and let them know about this or go trough this: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-error-establishing-a-database-connection-in-wordpress/
Thanks
Lucian,
Hi, thanks for the reply and congratulations for the theme. It is a marvelous theme!
My theme’s settings are that: http://i.imgur.com/WQzHKkY.png?1. The “Show Featured Image” should be disabled for the placeholder function works?
Well, the database error was fixed. It was a simple provider error.
Thanks!
The issue is fixed! The update for 1.6 version fixed it.
Thanks! 😀
