Featured image size

Hello.
I set featured image to each post of my website. To do that I used uploaded images from media library. As the result, in the home page (where all the posts are visible as image+heading + author+date), I see images in different sizes (not the same – rectangles) like they all weren’t crop or resize. I can’t find in theme options anything about sizing.

How can I make them the same size in height and width without editing and reloading them?
and how to remove author from the visibility?

Thanks

Hi,

In some cases the images need to be regenerate in order to fit the module from block, for this you can use our guide form here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
If the problem is still there please provide me a link where I can inspect this problem.

Thank you!

Hi. I have read all documents about image size and related to that. I still can do nothing with my image sizes. I made all images the same size, uploaded all images again, regenerated all thumbnails. Nothing. No cache. No browser cache.

For example, this post https://otea.net/best-and-most-useful-teas-for-immunity-boosting
In the post there are a few images + featured image (I turned it off). In block editor I set the images size as 600×450 but it doesn’t display this size on the screen. I see all the images much lager. Also I tried to reduce image size in post template. The same. Nothing work.

Please, help me find the way how I can control image size. Thanks

Hi rosem,

I just checked your post and the images from there are all display on full width of post content -> https://i.imgur.com/38Fris1.png I think that you want to display it like this -> https://i.imgur.com/0iFEY28.png for this you can use the classic editor or the Gutenberg editor -> https://i.imgur.com/LblEY4O.png -> https://i.imgur.com/y0fUD13.png

Thank you!
