We are using newspaper theme with wp rss aggregator. We have been using for years with no issues. All of a sudden the featured image thumbs stopped working and default to blank. Please help

Yeah. Something must have happened as we have not touched ANYTHING on this site in over 4 months plugin wise. Something just auto changed. Possibly theme upgrade to 8?
All images default to: http://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.maxcdn-edge.com/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/images/no-thumb/td_534x462.png
When you click on the post… the featured image is there. The thumb doesnt show on any of them…
We turned off all plugins except VC. Same issue. We followed your directions to the point.

I have inspected your website and your first image from your post is not a featured image, sorry! It is just a simple image added into your post content, sorry! We have been using your theme since day 1!!!
This just changed when we updated. We use WPRSS aggregator to pull the feeds. They have placed it perfectly always.
We sent an email. Please take a look at this…
again….. when the rss feed pulls in IT should and has ALWAYS set the thumbnail automatically. To tell us to set a featured image is ovbious…. 🙂 but it is supposed to do it automatically!!!! The people at WP RSS Aggregator tell me it is a theme conflict…. They already looked and did all tests.

we are very satisfied with your theme and don’t want to change it. at the begining there was no idea to use rss features, but now it’s very important for us to make iz work asap. so far we didn’t even know there is a problem with rss & newspaper theme.
