Featured Image Top Of Each Post Page

Hi,

Upgrading from Newspaper, I used to be able to get the Featured Image on Each Post Page via this screencast http://screencast.com/t/gQ5inxkstvu.

In Newsmag, I cant find this file. So, for a multi-page post, how you get the Featured Image to appear on each page of a post?
