how do I set the Featured image in Cloud – Single Post Template – Default PRO to display the correct size for video posts? Whatever I’m trying to set, it’s still square (https://litomericko24.cz/2020/10/11/ltm-pokus/) and the video also plays poorly on mobile phones (the image is cut off). However, if I have the basic settings of the template, then it is correct.

I’m sorry, I accidentally deleted the post before you could reply. If I use Default Theme settings, then everything is fine, but if I want to set my own appearance of the post for videos in Cloud – Single Post Template – Default PRO, the video is displayed as a square and I can’t make any changes to the settings so that it is correct as in Default Theme. We have tested this on our side and everything seems to be working fine here. Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
